「漆の極」は、ニ十世紀最大の建築家エットレ・ソットサスの遺作となった漆工芸品です。

エットレ・ソットサスがMaruTomiのために作った珠玉のデザインを、日本の漆芸の名匠たちが、最高の素材と伝統技法の極みを結集して完成させました。

これらはまさしく漆工芸の「極」です。

"Urushi no Kiwami " (= ultimate lacquerware) is the lacquerware works which became the posthumous work of maximum architect ETTORE SOTTSASS in the 20th century.

Japanese best lacquerware craftsmen concentrated the best material and extremities of the tradition technique and were able to complete the supreme design which ETTORE SOTTSASS created for MaruTomi.

These are "ultimate" lacquerware definitely.
